 5 (Craig Hartle)

 

Background

The Craig Hartle Cottage is named after a coastal outcrop near the site of the infamous wreck of the Napolean, in the 1850's. All the crew perished and as a result of this disaster, a lifeboat was situated at Boarhills, since it was found that the one at St. Andrews could not be launched in strong easterly gales.

 

Description

Cottage 5 is single storey in design and enjoys spectacular views. Relax and put the cares of the world behind you as you absorb a land and seascape you will never forget with stunning views over the adjacent Torrance and Kittocks Golf Courses and the everchanging big skies over the North Sea. Pass the peaceful hours by watching the passing golfers attemnpting to master the fourth on the adjacent golf course. The cottage has a large open plan kitchen, living dining room, two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath and shower over. It is a very popular cottage with parties and families alike.
